Throwback Thursday to exactly 3 years ago to the day that I delve into the paleo life. I was 5 years into my journey of investigation about how food is professed and this seemed like the best thing for my health. While I don't think everyone has to go paleo, I think everyone could gain from cutting back on things like white flour, sugar, and processed foods. Just start with a lettuce wrap on your next burger! What I've found is that being gluten free, dairy free, and avoiding sugars can truly heal health issues - the weightloss benefit doesn't suck either.
