Peppermint Mocha Shake


Are you a Starbucks addict? Break that expensive habit and try this! I now drink this in the morning to help start my day off right. 

To make: 
1 scoop of Vegan (or regular) Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup iced coffee
1 tsp of peppermint extract
1/2 cup almond milk or water
1/2 cup of ice
(for extra creaminess, add half an avocado)


My typical morning includes Shakeology, iced coffee, and ice in my Ninja --> super easy and the healthiest, quickest way to drink it!
